Carolina Complete Dentistry is located in University, Charlotte, NC, and provides family dentistry to residents throughout Mecklenburg County. Our goal is to provide our patients with the highest level of complete dentistry. We love creating lifelong patient relationships established on trust, quality dentistry, convenience, and superior oral health.
Our team of dental professionals provides a wide range of dental services from emergency dental care and general dentistry, including oral exams, teeth cleanings, and preventative screenings. Dr. Brooks Paine and Dr. Marquita Wallace are highly trained in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and full-mouth reconstruction. He has completed extensive training after finishing dental school in these fields.
Insurance Providers
Our office is in-network with Aetna, Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Guardian, MetLife, Dental Dental, DHA Dental, and United Concordia. If you have an insurance provider that isn't in-network, your coverage depends on whether or not your plan offers out-of-network benefits. We’re happy to file and track your claims for you to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your benefits. We just ask that you bring your insurance card to each appointment, so we can make sure your information is as up-to-date as possible.

Our dental office cares about making your dental services affordable, regardless of how simple or complex they might be. That’s why we provide convenient financing options for your consideration. Even if you do not have dental insurance at this time, you can always join our dental membership plan or pay with our third-party payment providers SunBit and Proceed Finance. Dr. Brooks is absolutely awesome. I am a nurse practitioner in acute care and as a fellow healthcare provider, I must say that his bedside manner is impeccable. I typically hate going to the dentist as I am very sensitive, but he is very gentle, yet very thorough. He did an excellent cleaning, removed a permanent retainer that I had in place from when I had braces years ago without any associated discomfort. I then returned and he did an EXCELLENT job with my teeth whitening (see pics-I wish I had before pics because when I say a dramatic difference by the end of the treatment, I mean a dramatic difference) AND he protected my gums and I did not experience any gum irritation/swelling/discomfort during or after the treatment like I had years ago with other providers or my own attempts with home whitening. I have been in Charlotte for 6 years and I will definitely continue to return for all my dental care needs. I give them 10 STARS!
